Wet Coating and Laminating

Thanks to our extensive wet coating & laminating experience and an in-house coating formulation lab we provide our customers with solutions to even the most challenging requirements. We manufacture customized adhesives, hard coats and a wide range of innovative specialty coatings like antimicrobial or anti-reflective coatings. Our capabilities include single and dual-sided laminating as well as rod, slot-die and different gravure processing methods. Efficient high-volume manufacturing can be achieved by flying-splices on unwinds and rewinds. Saint-Gobain Custom Films coating lines are setup in a clean room environment and are equipped with advanced process inspection systems, that allow us to maintain tight tolerances and deliver uniform, low contamination films.
